VHS to DVD – We Managed to Restore Behnid the Scenes Photography Footage
We have recently found historic footage that we had to convert from VHS to DVD. As many of you know, we are all about photography, but we are also a huge fan of old footage too. We are all about anything that can teach us a thing or two about the art of photography and its history. We were given original behind the scenes footage for multiple fine art photography shoots that were shot by famous photographers around the world. As part of our research, we converted all those VHS to DVD to find out more about the artists at the time.
Why we converted VHS to DVD
In order to save the footage that was on VHS, we decided to convert the VHS to DVD formats. We believe in restoring valuable art, and with VHS tapes completely outdated now, we thought it would be a good idea to convert them to more relevant digital formats. That is so we could keep and access them easier. As part of our research, we studied all the shoots that were shot. They were an incredible insight into how each fine art photographer brought their vision into life. It was an honour to see the actual process leading up to producing an outstanding image. With the help of a VHS to DVD converter, we managed to conduct research that gave us a whole new in-depth perspective about photography.
Here is what we learned about fine art photography
When we converted those behind the scenes footage from VHS to DVD, we managed to see what was going on each set, as well as how they did it. We discovered that fine art photography is a field that encompasses a variety of photography, including stills, landscapes, portraits and more. Fine-art photographs are usually taken by an artist to capture his or her creativity through a picture. The purpose of fine art photography is often to convey an emotion, a thought, or an idea through an image. There are many photographers from all over the world who have taken up this art form. Some of them like Mark Gruen, Pablo Picasso, Roy Lichtenstein, Andy Warhol, and Francis Bacon are famous. Fine art photography does not follow a fixed pattern, it is more of an artistic expression, and therefore the images may vary in their composition, shading, and lighting.
